Blooming Season

Roots deep in dry earth,
petals push through wind and rain—
still, the blossoms rise.

Storms may bend the stem,
but the sun will find its way,
softly calling growth.

Seasons come and go,
yet beneath the fading leaves,
new buds start to bloom.
